We've developed a number of scavenger hunts in the area using ClueKeeper, new mobile app for iOS and Android. Visit the iHangar space in the Palace of Fine Arts and tour the "Innovators" posters for a fun puzzle hunt. But unlike most exhibits, you will be able to PLAY this one. We've created a special exhibit that tells some of the stories from the Panama-Pacific International Exhibition. The room is now open to the general public, available by reservation only. The Great Houdini Escape Room is the world’s first “escape room” - built 100 years ago by the escape master himself, Harry Houdini, as a challenge to 8 brilliant innovators, to see if they could escape his contraption filled room within 80 minutes.* These innovators - Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Henry Ford, Charlie Chaplin, John Philip Sousa, William “Buffalo Bill” Cody, Helen Keller, and Luther Burbank - all participated in the Panama-Pacific International Exposition of 1915 in San Francisco. Our games pay tribute to these great innovators. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Palace of Fine Arts, we have created a special "escape room" on site called the Great Houdini Escape Room. The Great Houdini Escape Room is located inside San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts. Each multi-room experience can accommodate up to 8 players and large groups can start their event experiences with up to 48 players at once.Palace Games develops unique games and immersive experiences designed for team building, special occasions, or fun with friends. Parking There are various parking lots and garages around Fisherman’s Wharf. Each family-friendly game includes multiple rooms and is a highly immersive experience. Larger parties can start their experience with up to 44 players at the same time. All of our escape games can hold up to 8 players, except for Playground, which can actually accommodate 12 players. The Escape Game San Francisco features 5 one-of-a-kind themes including our most difficult escape room, Prison Break. The best part? They're all within walking distance of our San Francisco location! Definitely make sure to stop at Insomnia Cookies or Ghirardelli's for some dessert after your adventure.
